Return/Refund Policy:

As a small business, I’m unable to accept returns on items unless they are damaged or defective. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please use the contact form or email me at edie.medley@mac.com and include photos of the damage or defect, and I will offer you a replacement or a full refund.

While I strive to ensure that all printed products match the colours displayed on your screen as closely as possible, please note that colour variations may occur.

Differences in monitor settings, screen brightness, calibration, and lighting conditions can cause colours to appear differently on digital displays compared to printed materials.

I take great care to maintain consistency and accuracy across all prints; however, I cannot guarantee an exact colour match between on-screen previews and the final printed product.
