Refund policy

As a small business, I’m unable to accept returns on items unless they are damaged or defective. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please use the contact form or email me at edie.medley@mac.com and include photos of the damage or defect, and I will offer you a replacement or a full refund.

Please note that once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. So please be sure before completing your purchase!
